Nanotechnologie ist eine zentrale Zukunftstechnologie. Im Interesse einer nachhaltigen und verantwortungsbewussten Nano-Branche möchten wir informieren, vernetzen und gestalten.

Zu unseren wichtigsten Anliegen gehört die Sicherstellung von Transparenz und gemeinsamen Qualitätsstandards in der Nanotechnologie. Dazu haben wir gemeinsam mit internationalen Partnern einen Verhaltenskodex und das erste Gütesiegel für "Nano inside" entwickelt.

Außerdem fördert forumnano "green nano" – nachhaltige Produkte und Lösungen, die auf Nanotechnologie basieren. Ohne Nanotechnologie werden wir die Herausforderungen der Zukunft nicht lösen: Energie, Klimaschutz, Ressourcenschonung und die Bereitstellung von Trinkwasser. Diese Möglichkeiten weltweit nutzbar zu machen – dafür setzt sich forumnano ein.
